First section allows you to record items which can be deducted from Income Tax and has the following headings (from left to right):
Check No., Date, Check Issued To, Purpose, Amount of Check, and Amount Deductible
The next section allows you to record Deposits and has the following headings (from left to right):
Date of Deposit, Source of Item, Nature of Item, Amount of Item, and Total Amount of Deposit
The last section allows you to record all other transcations and has the following headings (from left to right):
Number, Date, Check Issued To, In Payment Of, Amount of Check, (check mark), Date of Deposit, Amount of Deposit, and Balance
